At EC, one of our passions is to provide scholarships for ministers who may not be able to attend otherwise. If you are capable of paying your way to the conference, we encourage you to do so as this will ensure scholarship availability for those who need it the most.
A scholarship provides three nights lodging at a nearby hotel, two lunches and three dinners on-site at the conference, access to all conference events and access to conference shuttle service. All you need to cover is your travel to and from the conference.
A scholarship covers a minister and spouse only. Any additional people will need to register and secure their lodging on their own or personally apply for a scholarship.
You can give any amount to help fund the vision of Empowerment. To take the next step and join the team, you can become a conference partner by funding a full scholarship of $500. To do so visit the Partners page. Either a ministry, organization along with individuals can become partners.

You can view a list of recommended hotels and airports on the Lodging page. To get the conference room rate, you will need to book your room through the conference. You can add this on during your registration process, or contact us to add on later.
Empowerment is designed to help you relax and feel refreshed. Please feel free to dress however you feel most comfortable! Some participants dress casually and some wear their Sunday best … it’s your call.
No, registration deadline is September 8. If you’re already registered, you can stop by an information center once you arrive and we will get you all set up. Or we’ll have stations at the hotel as well.
No. Scholarships are open till September 8 and opens on Pentecost Sunday each year. Paid registration closes September 8 as well.
Yes! We're excited to announce the all new Empowerment +. Here you can get access to the audio of the breakout sessions, current and past years, as well as videos of the general sessions. Night messages are available to the public under messages on the website.
The nightly services can be viewed here on the site and the EC Facebook and YouTube page. Day sessions and breakouts are not streamed but available to view through an Empowerment + subscription.
During the evening sessions we will have nursery for ages 0-3 years. We will also have children’s services for ages 4 to 11.
During the day sessions we will provide childcare for ages 0 to 11 years.
You must register your children during the registration process.
If you received a scholarship, your meals (lunch and dinner) are covered on-site.
If you registered for the conference and wish to eat on-site, you may pay for your meals at the door or purchase a meal pass as part of your registration online. Meals are $10 each.
Our cafe will also be open throughout the conference. Breakfast is provided at your hotel and available for purchase at the conference cafe.
For conference information and check-in, stop by the tables at your hotel or any information center on campus.
Yes! You must wear your lanyard for the duration of the conference. If you do not have a lanyard, you might not be allowed into the day portion of the conference.
All unclaimed items will be taken to the information center located in the front lobby area.
